DIBS ONLINE VOLUNTEER SYSTEM
All Concession, Tournament Game Shifts, and any other volunteer opportunities available are posted in Crossbar.

All travel skaters: 15
Rink rookies: 4
Family max: 35
**SHIFTS FOR THE 2026-27 SEASON WILL BE RELEASED ON SUNDAYS BETWEEN 5-7PM.
DIBS CAN TAKE UP TO TWO WEEKS TO SHOW COMPLETED.
Claiming DIBS
TO CLAIM A DIBS ITEM:
ON DESKTOP
- Click on ACCOUNT in the upper left part of the page header
ON MOBILE
- Drop down the "hamburger menu" with four lines on the upper left, and select ACCOUNT.
- Select the down grey arrow for your personal menu.
- Select VOLUNTEER.
- Available sessions will appear here. You will also find a summary at the top of the page showing status of required, completed, and committed hours.
- To sign up for a shift choose MORE INFORMATION on the specific session.
5.. For the shift you wish to choose click on the GREEN + button
6.. This will allow you to choose which user in your account you would like to assign
Cancelling Claimed Shifts
To cancel your claimed shift, you can choose the RED icon.
If you are within the cancellation window set by AAHA (10 days), you will be able to cancel. A lock icon appears after the cancellation window, indicating that you are responsible for the shift or need to find someone to cover the shift.
Family Calendar
All CLAIMED volunteer hours will be added to your family calendar along with your practices and scrimmages. Only COMPLETED hours will show in the volunteer section.
